- Makeup Policy: In the event of an extended illness, hospitalization, or non-attendance of classes due to any reason whatsoever, the child/parents will be asked to get the absent work copied/xeroxed.
- Updating Information. Please ensure to inform us as soon as possible of any change in address or telephone number and E-mail ID.
- School Closure. Please see the school calendar or activity planner (2022-23).
- Enforced Closures are beyond our control.
- Concerns Please contact us immediately on any matter that affects the welfare and well-being of your child. Our staffs are always willing to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
- All communications, complaints, and inquiries regarding the welfare of the students should be made to the Centre Head/Incharge and not to any member of the staff.
- Parents/Guardians may seek an appointment and meet the Director/ Centre Head in their office during the morning session on school days.
- Any kind of criticism should be strictly avoided.
- A legitimate complaint must be submitted to the authorities in writing.
- Discipline If a child misbehaves, the inappropriate behavior will be discussed with him/her, followed by an explanation of what is expected and why that action was not acceptable.
- The consequences of further misbehavior will also be explained. Teachers will strive to ensure that even the youngest children will understand.
- Should a child continually misbehave, the teacher will approach the parents and ask to meet for a discussion in order to understand and solve the problem together.
- If the behavior continues over a period of time without acceptable improvement, a final warning will be issued followed by another interview with the parents. Thereafter, the child may be asked to leave the School.
- The following WILL NOT be used: – Severe, humiliating, or intimidating punishment, Spanking, or any other form of physical punishment.
- For any reason whatsoever during the school hours, no parents are allowed to take their ward before 2:20 PM for day scholars & 3:30 PM for day boarders. If they want to take their ward early then, they are requested not to send their ward on that day.
- Leave or Absence:
Leave Application should be submitted to the class teacher before availing of the leave. - Pupils must be in school till the last working day and return after holidays on the re-opening day.
- Students must submit the application for leave duly signed by their parents in the office. In case of illness, they must submit a medical certificate along with the application for leave.
- No half-day leave will be granted to the student in any case except if he/she gets ill in the school only.
- If an appointment is made with a doctor the pupil must not be sent to school on that day.
- Parents are requested to adjust their programs of leaving the station, etc., so as to coincide with the holidays of the school and thus reduce to an absolute minimum the need for absence on school days which is always detrimental to the smooth running and discipline of the school.
- Irregular attendance, unjustified or unexplained absence for more than a week, habitual late coming and lack of interest in schoolwork, disobedience, or objectionable moral influence justifies action.
- A student must complete at least 75% attendance in the class otherwise his/her promotion may be upheld.
- Cleanliness:
Nails should be clipped, hairs should be short (in the case of boys) & neatly tied (in case of girls). - *A pupil coming to school with nits or lice in his/her hair will be given two warnings after which the student will not be allowed to attend the school for a week or so.
- Jewellery

- We do not take responsibility for the loss of or damage of students’ property.
- Please clearly label all items belonging to your child.
- Do not send mobile phones, I pads, Mac books, etc. with your ward. The school will not be responsible for such belongings.
- Examinations/Tests:
A student who uses unfair means during tests/exams will be given zero in the subject with a warning letter. Repetition of the same will result in the rustication of the student from the school. - If a student remains absent in tests or exams, no re-test or exam will be conducted.
- Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM):
PTM is conducted to monitor the overall development of the student & to check truancy. So, presence at PTM is compulsory. - Withdrawal:
To withdraw a child from the School a full calendar month’s notice must be given in writing to the Centre Head, no fees will be refunded for the quarter following that in which the child leaves. - Transfer Certificate (T.C):
No T.C. will be issued before the promotion results are announced. - The Transfer Certificate will be provided only after all dues are cleared. Transfer Certificates for those remaining in the State usually take a week to issue while Inter-state T.C’s required at least two weeks.
- Duplicate copies of the Transfer Certificate/Marksheet/Receipt Fee certificate will not be issued under any circumstances.
- Books & Stationery: Booklets (for pre-primary & primary classes) & stationery (only for pre-primary classes) will be provided by the school.
- No books (other than textbooks), magazines, or papers to be brought to school without permission.
