Promotion Policy
- Promotion to the next class will not be granted if the student fails in two or more subjects in the final examination.
- All cases of doubt regarding promotion are left entirely to the decision of the Director. Parents must not come for reconsideration once the decision is made.
- Group discussion with the Director/Centre Head/Incharge or teachers will not be allowed for the same.
- Promotion will be considered at the end of the School year only. To gain promotion from one class to another, children must have spent one year in the lower class and have fulfilled the conditions for the class promotion.
- When a child is admitted on a Transfer Certificate, he/she will not be placed in any class higher than that for which the certificate shows him or her to be qualified, nor shall he or she be promoted before the end of the year.
- Children failing twice in the same class will have to be withdrawn at the end of the year.
- Children failing more than twice in their school career will have to be withdrawn at the end of the year.

Students absent for any exam will not be allowed to give another exam of the same. In cases of illness, medical certificates must be submitted.
